On 17 May, the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Saeima, Ojārs Ēriks Kalniņš, met with the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Hungarian Parliament, Zsolt Németh, and the members of the committee. The meeting addressed the bilateral relations between Latvia and Hungary and further cooperation, as well as topics of the European Union future.
